The fair held at Pninat Ohr and Prachi Ohr schools was a day filled with joy, creativity, and impressive volunteer work. The highlight of the event was the remarkable involvement of seventh and eighth-grade students, who took full responsibility for organising and managing all activities. The students provided refreshments, did face painting for their friends, organised games and sports activities, and operated various creative stations, including inflatable attractions, a chocolate fountain with marshmallows, candy sticks, pancake making, mask creation, dance, drumming, and more.

One of the biggest hits was the haunted cave room, which had a line stretching down the entire hallway. This room emphasised the idea that the greatest fear is fear itself and that when one confronts it, it fades away, especially in light of the anxieties that have arisen due to the ongoing conflict of Operation Iron Swords.

The active participation of the seventh and eighth-grade students set a personal example and strengthened the spirit of camaraderie and volunteerism among all the students.

“It was important for us to give the volunteering students an opportunity to experience giving in an atmosphere of joy and enjoyment, not only in challenging times. This event provided them with a true volunteering experience, where they realised that when you give to others, you actually receive much more for yourself. Each one of them felt the power of giving, creating a strong and meaningful connection among them all. This connection, based on love, generosity, and brotherhood, fostered a deep sense of unity among the students, unity that is especially crucial during these challenging times,” commented Mrs Rivka Dahbash, principal of Pninat Ohr and Prachi Ohr schools.
