Together with Jewish Child’s Day and HGSS, Migdal Ohr UK invites you to join us for a special Shavuot Kitchen Live with Israeli celebrity chef Shiri Kraus and Rabbanit Batya Friedman, who will be teaming up to bake some delicious homemade Shavuot cheese dishes.
About Chef Shiri Kraus
Shiri was always passionate about culinary arts from a young age. She has studied and trained with some of Israel’s finest chefs and bakers. Her greatest passion is baking, but she’s a true food explorer, and she specialises in Levantine and Middle Eastern cuisines. She has been a sous chef at London’s finest restaurants (Palomar, The Barbary) and becoming a head chef (Haya Notting Hill).
Shiri is passionate about food education, and what makes her happy is to watch empty plates licked clean going back to the kitchen. Today she is the Co-owner and head chef of Maghreb London catering company. The Maghreb is the type of kitchen that brings people together and touches everyone in the deepest way possible.
