On Thursday, 10th September, Migdal Ohr UK, together with HGSS, hosted a Rosh Hashanah Livestream Cooking Demo with the MasterChef 2015 Runner Up & Author of the bestselling cookbook Fress, Emma Spitzer.

The event was in aid of the children of Migdal Ohr, and all the proceeds will go to the Chag Saveah for Children Campaign. On the night itself, over 500 people joined this fantastic event from around the world.

Rabbanit Batya also discussed with her own children, the importance of celebrating Rosh Hashanah, and the significance of the different foods on the table. These were followed by words of inspiration from Rebbezen Malki & Rochelle Freilich.

Amit Fraser, the Executive Director, welcomed everyone and told them about the campaign that helps to feed over 40,000 families in need in Israel.
