Our team and students at the Zoharim Youth Village are hard at work harvesting, marking an exciting milestone in our collaboration with Dalton & the Youth Village. Together, we’re cultivating both crops and bright futures!
Dalton Winery is honoured to partner with the “Zoharim” Agricultural Youth Village. This unique project between “Zoharim” and Dalton Winery trains the village students in the field of winemaking, offering them the opportunity to gain professional skills and learn the production process from vineyard cultivation to bottling. Here our team adnd students from the Zoharim Youth Village are hard at work harvesting grapes, marking an exciting milestone in our collaboration with Dalton & the Youth Village. Together, we’re cultivating both crops and bright futures!
The winery produces a limited quantity of wines each year from this collaboration. The dedicated process of harvesting and growing grapes in the village to create the perfect wine is mirrored by the investment in the students, leading them to achievements and success.
