Welcoming Hannah Benisty as the New Chair of Our Young Professionals Committee

A very warm welcome to Hannah Benisty – the new chair of our Young Professionals Committee. We are thrilled to have you lead our charity throughout the UK Jewish Community and beyond. 

When speaking to Hannah Benisty about Migdal Ohr and her recent appointment, she tells us that at a remarkably young age, Rabbi Grossman recognised the profound challenges facing his country and its people, feeling a compelling urge to create change. He has dedicated his life to transforming the futures of the children and orphans at Migdal Ohr through love, care, and an unwavering commitment to make a difference.

As we, the young professionals of our community, navigate adulthood, embark on our careers, and perhaps start our own families, our desire to contribute meaningfully deepens. Rabbi Grossman’s vision and the legacy he continues to build serve as a powerful inspiration, reminding us that each of us has the capacity to impact the lives of others.

Despite the immense challenges Israel has faced this past year, Migdal Ohr remains steadfast in its mission to uplift children born into difficult circumstances. The organization shines a light in their lives, transforming darkness into hope.
