Standing Strong for Israel’s Most Vulnerable Children During War

As the war continues and schools across Israel remain closed, many children have returned home to their families. For some of the children in Migdal Ohr’s care, however, there is no home to return to.
That is why Migdal Ohr’s campuses remain open, providing safety, stability, care, and a loving environment for those who need it most.
Today, during morning prayers at our campus in Migdal Ha’Emek, a siren sounded, sending students and staff to the shelter. Yet even in those moments of uncertainty, the resilience of the children was extraordinary. The shelter was filled not with fear, but with singing, dancing, faith, and hope.
These moments remind us of the strength of the Israeli spirit and the importance of ensuring vulnerable children always have a safe place to call home.
Despite the challenges, Migdal Ohr continues to provide around-the-clock care, protection, education, and emotional support to children who rely on us every day.
