Migdal Ohr’s Global 36 Campaign Raises Over £1 Million to Build Emergency Dormitories and Bomb Shelters for At-Risk Boys in Israel
In an extraordinary display of unity and compassion, Migdal Ohr’s Global 36 campaign – Every Child Deserves a Home – has raised over £1 million in just 36 hours on 22nd – 23rd June 2025. The funds will go directly toward building emergency dormitories and bomb shelters for at-risk boys at Zoharim Youth Village in central Israel.
Launched in response to the growing humanitarian crisis, the campaign rallied hundreds of donors, volunteers, and community champions from around the world. Their incredible support not only met but exceeded the campaign’s ambitious goal — delivering urgently needed protection, stability, and hope for vulnerable youth in Israel.
Amit Fraser, CEO of Migdal Ohr Europe, shared her thoughts on the campaign’s success:

Zoharim Youth Village is home to some of Israel’s most vulnerable teenage boys – many of whom have faced trauma, neglect, and displacement. These new facilities will offer not only safe, secure housing, but also serve as life-saving shelters in times of national emergency.
