Dinner Quiz
More than 100 people attended Migdal Ohr UK’s first dinner quiz to support the charity and raise funds for its foster family care programmes, in which foster families care for 12 children and teenagers in a home-like environment. Amit Fraser, executive director of Migdal Ohr UK, said: “Israel has made tremendous progress in improving welfare and development of the country, but still, more than 260,000 children in Israel remain at risk, a figure we cannot live with, especially considering this is one of the highest poverty rates in the developed world.”
