HGSS Partnership with Migdal Ohr

We are delighted that Hampstead Garden Suburb Synagogue is continuing their partnership with Migdal Ohr UK as their chosen Israeli Charity.
We appreciate being able to share our projects with the community, and their support is invaluable to us. Israel continues to be a melting pot of cultures and backgrounds, compelled to keep up with the fast-paced, growing demands of a multi-ethnic and diverse society and address the complex challenges that demand entails. Israel has made tremendous progress in improving the welfare and development of the country.
However, more than 260,000 children in Israel remain at risk, a figure we cannot live with, especially considering this is one of the highest poverty rates in the developed world. We are hoping by working with the community to raise awareness and work together to improve the lives of and educate our children about Tikkun Olam, giving and the love for Israel.
