These teens showed up to encourage, thank, and lift the spirits of Israel’s soldiers
All over Israel the teens involved in Migdal Ohr’s “Ohr Yisraeli” youth movement have been spreading light to the Jewish people between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
Some of the 60 youth group chapters visited army bases with care packages and cards, whilst others helped to make minyan in synagogues and visited the Western Wall.
This is an auspicious time for prayer, repentance and charity, and the teens are maximizing every opportunity to do good and uplift others.
May all of our good deeds between now and Yom Kippur help us merit to be sealed in the Book of Life for a sweet, happy, healthy New Year!
