In these safe, loving and nurturing environments, our committed, professional, and highly trained kindergarten teachers care for each child with dedication and plenty of love. Here, children enjoy an educational framework that builds essential life skills, helping them reach their full potential.
We believe that education and instilling values at an early age form the foundation for Israel’s next generation. Our kindergartens give every child the best possible start in life through engaging programmes, creative play, and individual attention.
Elementary Schools
Migdal Ohr’s elementary schools offer a balanced education that blends strong academics with practical, hands-on learning. Operating as both day and boarding schools, they provide every child with the structure, support, and care they need to thrive – academically, socially, and emotionally.
Rooted in Jewish and national values, our schools instil compassion, responsibility, and respect for heritage alongside a commitment to contributing to society. Students enjoy a rich curriculum that includes music, computer skills, and vocational training such as carpentry, giving them both knowledge and practical tools for life. Through this holistic approach, we prepare our students to grow into confident, capable, and compassionate young adults.
High Schools
Migdal Ohr’s high schools provide a well-rounded education that blends academic excellence with strong moral, Jewish, and secular studies. Our goal is to prepare students for success in higher education and life, while nurturing their values, character, and sense of responsibility.
Alongside a rigorous curriculum, students enjoy a rich variety of extracurricular programmes, from music, art, and drama to yoga, gymnastics, and more. These activities encourage creativity, self-expression, and physical well-being, and, combined with personalised guidance and support, help students discover their talents, develop life skills, and grow in confidence.
Metivta – School for Boys
Metivta serves boys from elementary through high school, providing an excellent education for those from underprivileged and troubled homes. More than just teachers, the staff act as role models and parental figures, helping students build confidence, develop life skills, and gain the tools they need to become capable, successful adults.
Orot B’Emek – School for Girls
Orot B’Emek is an elementary and middle school for girls from disadvantaged backgrounds, many of whom have limited exposure to Jewish traditions at home. The school combines strong STEM and Jewish studies, providing transportation and three nutritious meals daily for students from surrounding low-income areas. Enrichment opportunities include music, drama, an aviary, a critter corner, and a hydroponic garden – creating a vibrant and engaging learning environment.
Charedi Campus for Excellence
The Charedi Campus for Excellence offers top-tier academic and religious studies in a supportive, inspiring environment. Located on a nine-acre green campus in Gan Yavne, the centre provides high-quality educational programmes alongside personalised guidance from a dedicated professional team. Students are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel academically and transition successfully into meaningful careers.
With a strong focus on independent learning and personal growth, the campus empowers students to reach their full potential and build a successful, values-driven future.
Programmes for Children with Special Needs
Migdal Ohr is committed to ensuring every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. Our dedicated programmes for children with special needs provide a safe, nurturing environment tailored to their requirements. With the help of skilled specialists and a variety of learning approaches, we create opportunities that stimulate development and build confidence.
Our Cooking Up a Future culinary training programme also includes a cohort of special needs students, equipping them with skills for meaningful careers in the culinary arts and hospitality industry.
Machshavah School
Machshavah School was founded to help new immigrant children integrate successfully into Israeli society while receiving a first-class education. Serving primarily students from the former Soviet Union, the school offers an advanced academic programme with a strong focus on STEM subjects, alongside a vibrant arts curriculum.
Students have the opportunity to express their creativity through the school’s choir, dance troupe, and drama programme.
