Celebrating Tu B’Shevat with Our Students! 

In honour of the upcoming Tu B’Shevat holiday, our talented students from the Cook up the Future project showcased their culinary skills by preparing a special recipe featuring dried fruit a staple of this beautiful celebration of nature and renewal.

The Cooke Up the Future programme is a unique initiative by Migdal Ohr, designed to provide professional training in the fields of catering and hospitality. Through this hands-on experience, young men and women gain valuable skills and qualifications that will help them build successful careers in Israel’s food and hospitality industry.
