Migdal Ohr’s Global 36-Hour Campaign Raises Over £1,200,000 for Orphaned Children in Israel

Migdal Ohr’s global 36-hour matched funding campaign, “A Home for Every Child. A Promise to Israel,” has successfully raised over £1,200,000 to support and expand its Mishpachtonim Foster Family Programme, providing safe, loving family-style homes for some of Israel’s most vulnerable children. Today in Israel, nearly 2 million people live below the poverty line, including almost 900,000 children growing up in poverty.

The campaign united hundreds of donors, volunteers, community champions, and supporters across the UK, France, Israel, and beyond, all coming together with one shared goal: ensuring that every child has a place to call home.

The funds raised will help provide stability, emotional support, therapy, education, food, essential care, and a nurturing family environment for more than 300 children living in Migdal Ohr’s Mishpachtonim homes. Many of these children have experienced trauma, neglect, abuse, loss, or family breakdown, and rely on Migdal Ohr for the security and support they need to rebuild their lives.
